New Venture Creation
We conducted Revenue Analysis, and ran a few simulations of the impact from proposed the California Prop 6 legislation on a Native American Tribe to identify severe concentration and potential disruption in income streams. We then launched a year long project to define new revenue goals, identify market investment opportunities and develop a business plan for the Tribe to expand operations into the energy and digital infrastructure space.

Revenue Growth via Product
We conducted analysis of Product User data and identified big leaks in customer drop off for a PE backed E-Commerce site. We launched a series of A/B Experiments on the Product Detail Pages and monitored Cart Flow, which eventually resulted in a statistically significant 13.8% improvement to top line order requests.

Cost Savings via Operational Leak
We conducted operational analysis of sales staff for a PE backed tech company to measure ROI for each sales process. After ranking them from best to worst, we found and eliminated one sales pipeline which had a negative ROI. After re-prioritizing staff efforts, we found increased operational efficiency and increased team enthusiasm.
