We are a team of Do’ers and Business Builders

To be honest, we do it because we love it. We’re a team of builders and more entrepreneurs than engineers (even though most of us have engineering degrees). We value the outlook we’ve built from being on the front lines – putting out fires, pivoting quickly, and we understand the pitfalls of skipping the “important but not urgent” things like measuring performance via analytics.

Our experience is not like those of large consulting or data engineering firms, we come from early and growth stage firms and we believe that its not the formulas, but the experience making decisions in ambiguity and uncertainty, and quickly learning from the results that helps a business succeed. An experience than can only be built on the field. Feeling the pressure of every set back and the thrill of hitting every business goal.

Karm C. (Founder)

  • Directly led over $100M in annual revenue growth in mid market firms (with $50M- $200M in annual revenue)
  • Most recently incubated a Tech company within a Native American Tribe with projected revenues of $142M by 2032 & EBITDA positive in Year 2
  • Prior to that, Led Operations and Business Strategy within $3B valued “Unicorn” startup
  • MBA from #1 ranked University of Chicago. Undergrad in Computer Science, AI from University of Southern California.
  • Expertise in Business Strategy, Analytics, Data, Operations, Product management, and Finance in industries spanning Tech, Energy, AI, Crypto, Media, Creator Economy, CPG, E-Commerce, and Software/Hardware development.
  • Proven track record in building tech products across web and mobile apps, data centers, crypto, enterprise software, wireless & data.
  • Won funding for his first startup in an Accelerator and exited in 2019.

Gaurav J. (Engineering & Infrastructure)

  • As an Engineering Advisor at Strategy Karma, Gaurav Jaina brings a wealth of expertise in Engineering and Infrastructure Consultancy.
  • His background in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign provides a strong foundation for his work.
  • Gaurav effectively leverages technology to deliver strategic insights and drive business success. His active involvement with CREDAI highlights his dedication to advancing the real estate sector.
  • In addition to his contributions to real estate development, Gaurav has experience with other infrastructure projects as well.
  • His achievements are recognized through honors such as the Best EWS (Affordable Housing) Project award from the Government of India and Best Electromagnetics Senior Design project from UIUC.

Jamie R. (Risk and Compliance)

  • Led Risk and Compliance initiatives for several US Government Agencies and Utility companies.
  • Built and operationalized Enterprise Risk Management programs for a publicly traded Energy company.
  • Previously serving as Director of Risk and compliance in CUNY, and previous to that NY Housing, Education and Sanitation departments.
  • MPA from Colombia University in New York, and a Bachelors in Economics from City University of New York.
  • Over 15 years of expertise as an accomplished leader in enterprise risk management, operations, and compliance.
  • Awarded the prestigious New York State 40 Under 40 Award.
